Then in the BTS, it barely covered anything new to me, aside from routing protocols like BGP or OSPF. What were the teachers doing in that context? They seemed completely unfit to teach technical subjects, the level was so low. Honestly, it was disastrous for me to face the obvious: what was the point of this kind of school-taught computing? My only regret is that school time ate into my time as a self-taught learner and kept me from learning the technologies I was working with back then as fast as I could have. Open-mindedness isn't on the curriculum. So teachers, students, administration could go look elsewhere. I'll only remember one thing: the school world thinks knowledge must come from the teachers. All this to say he insulted me and accused me of hacking (see: Anecdote 02). I started getting defensive because I was fed up with idiots. They're the first ones to accuse without any proof. One day he threw at me: \"Let's see, kid, if you're a real hacker, I'm waiting, try to hack my accounts! Come on, we'll see who's the best!\" I asked him if he was serious, and after his many insults, I asked him if he was actually challenging me.
